The qualification tracking pass runs for a limited time, spanning all major server faction wars across the opening week of March:

⚠️ Attention Guild Leaders: Critical Guild Icon Reset Notice
To ensure database integrity and clean up dead factions, ALL existing guild icons currently registered in-game will be fully cleared during the next scheduled server maintenance. Moving forward, only active, participating clubs who meet this week's war requirements will secure in-game icon implementation.

In-game representation must be earned on the battlefield. To qualify your faction for the asset injection, your team must hit the following performance tracking metrics:
- • Battlefield Action: Your club must actively deploy and participate in official Guild Wars during the active event dates.
- • The Score Threshold: Your faction must accumulate a minimum of 12 Total War Points.
- • Cumulative Calculations: Points are completely cumulative and will be tracked across all scheduled war days within the active week.
- • Eligibility Pass: Only clubs meeting or exceeding the 12-point margin will pass the compliance review for manual engine insertion during the next major version update.
